How a session runs

The crew keeps the schedule visible and the handoff between groups simple.
Arrival briefing: coaches fit protective gear, review foam-arrow rules, and split the field into teams.
Rounds: 20-minute missions with up to 16 players per arena, followed by score reset and rotation.
Flow: teams rotate through target and elimination formats so every guest gets a clear turn.
Weather note
Runs on grass, turf, or in a gym. We pause outdoor play for lightning or unsafe weather.
