Good to know

The details behind a smoother event.

Here are the answers we give most often before an event gets on the calendar.

What space, surface, power, and water access do you need?+

We confirm a clear, accessible area, a reasonably level grass, turf, pavement, or gym surface, and load-in access. Power is needed near lighting and inflatable equipment; Foam Parties and Water Wars need a dependable water connection. Exact dimensions are listed on each attraction page.

What ages can participate?+

Laser Tag is recommended for ages 7+, Combat Archery for ages 12+, Foam Parties for ages 3+, and Water Wars for ages 4+. Add-on games include age guidance so you can build an age-appropriate mix.

How do rotations work?+

A coach gives a short safety briefing, starts the round, and moves the next group into place as the round ends. Pick 2 runs approximately one hour on each experience during the standard event; Pick 3 runs approximately one hour on each.

How many people play at once?+

Laser Tag supports 20 players per arena per 20-minute round. Water Wars supports 16 players per arena per 15-minute round. Combat Archery supports 16 players per arena per 20-minute round. Foam Parties are open-crowd up to 50 guests in the foam at once.

What happens if it rains?+

We watch the forecast with you. If conditions make an outdoor event unsafe, we work through an indoor move, a reschedule based on availability, or an adjusted attraction mix. Lightning always pauses outdoor play.

What are the cancellation and rescheduling terms?+

The 25% deposit reserves the date. Ask us as early as possible if plans change. Weather-related changes are handled with the same team and equipment when the new date is available; the written event agreement confirms the final cancellation terms.

How do deposits and payment terms work?+

A 25% deposit is due to reserve the event. The remaining balance is due before the event. Tax is estimated at 7% and confirmed at checkout.

How are travel fees calculated?+

Travel is one line item per booking based on the zone from 5211 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. It is never charged per attraction. Zone 4–5 multi-experience events may need a second vehicle; Zone 5 events over three hours away or finishing after 11pm may need an overnight crew stay.

How long do setup and teardown take?+

Standard setups typically begin 60–90 minutes before guest start time. Larger event zones can need earlier load-in. Our crew handles teardown after the final round.

Are you insured?+

We carry event liability coverage and can provide venue-required documentation during the booking process. Tell us about certificate-of-insurance requirements early.

How far ahead should we book?+

Four to eight weeks gives you the best attraction and staffing availability. Shorter-lead events can work when the date, crew, and equipment are open.
