How a session runs

The crew keeps the schedule visible and the handoff between groups simple.
Arrival briefing: coaches fit the gear, explain safety, and split guests into teams.
Rounds: 20-minute missions with up to 20 players per arena, followed by score reset and rotation.
Flow: groups rotate through cover and mission types so the whole guest list gets a turn.
Weather note
Runs outdoors in dry weather or indoors in a large gym. Lightning or unsafe conditions pause outdoor play.
